Keep it fair. Keep it clear. Keep it between friends.
BFF is built to track bets, not enforce them. These guidelines help make sure your bets stay fun, fair, and worth tracking.
Every bet should answer:
Good: "Dolphins win this weekend game".
Better: "Dolphins beat the Bills on Sunday, final score determines winner".
Avoid vague bets. If it's unclear, it will become a problem later.
BFF does not handle money or enforce outcomes. If you include stakes, make sure:
Examples: $25 Venmo, Loser buys dinner, 50 pushups.
If it's not clearly agreed, don't include it.
The best bets are easy to verify. Good bets rely on:
Avoid bets based on opinion or interpretation.
When the bet ends:
Be honest. Your record is only as good as what you log.
If you can't agree:
Judges are for resolving disagreements, not winning arguments. Pick someone fair.
BFF is competitive, not hostile. Do not:
If a bet stops being fun, stop using it.
BFF does not:
All agreements are between users. If you don't trust someone, don't bet them.
To keep things fair:
We may limit or remove activity that abuses the system.
Every bet you make contributes to:
Think long term. Make bets you're willing to stand behind. Because once it's recorded, it stays recorded.
