Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bet Friends Forever platform ("BFF," "we," "us," or "our") operated by BFF Games, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using BFF, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being underage. We are not liable if a user misrepresents their age.

2. Description of Service

BFF provides a social entertainment platform that allows users to:

• Participate in daily bets
• Create and track head-to-head or group bets
• Record outcomes and performance
• Track SP, rankings, streaks and leaderboards
• Interact with other users in a competitive environment

The Service is a digital recordkeeping and social competition tool. BFF does NOT:

• Sponsor or operate gambling activities
• Determine the outcome of bets
• Verify the truth or accuracy of claims
• Process, hold or transfer money or anything of value
• Act as a sportsbook, escrow service, financial institution or payment processor

All agreements between users are made independently and outside the platform. BFF does not enforce wagers and does not guarantee outcomes.

3. No Financial Transactions or Gambling

The Service does not involve:

• Payments
• Winnings
• Prizes
• Consideration

Any exchange of money, goods, services or other value:

• Is voluntary
• Occurs entirely outside the platform
• Is solely between users

You assume all responsibility for such interactions. BFF is not responsible for enforcement, collection, delivery or disputes.

3A. SP (Skill Points) — Virtual Currency

BFF uses a virtual currency called SP (Skill Points). SP is an in-app feature with no real-world monetary value. You acknowledge and agree:

• SP has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or any tangible benefit outside the platform
• SP cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged
• SP is provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes
• BFF may modify, reset, or remove SP balances at any time
• Rankings, tiers, and leaderboard positions are informational only and may change at any time

3B. SP Purchases

Users may purchase additional SP through the platform. You agree:

• All SP purchases are final and non-refundable
• Purchased SP adds to your SP Balance but does not count as "Earned SP" for leaderboard purposes
• Purchasing SP does not guarantee any advantage, rank, or outcome
• BFF is not responsible for any losses of purchased SP due to account termination, suspension, or platform changes

SP purchases are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase you also agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.

3C. SP Leaderboard Integrity

The BFF leaderboard ranks users by "Earned SP" — SP accumulated exclusively through gameplay (winning bets, daily bets, streaks, referrals). You agree:

• Purchased SP never counts toward your leaderboard ranking
• Only SP earned through legitimate gameplay activity counts as Earned SP
• Attempting to manipulate leaderboard rankings through collusion, multi-accounting, or other means is prohibited and may result in account termination

3D. SP Escrow During Active Bets

When both parties agree to stake SP on a bet, the staked amount is locked in escrow for the duration of the bet. You acknowledge:

• Escrowed SP is deducted from your available SP Balance at the time of bet acceptance
• Escrowed SP is released to the winner (or refunded equally in the event of a draw or cancellation) upon resolution
• You must maintain sufficient SP Balance to cover your stake at the time of acceptance
• BFF is not responsible for SP disputes arising from fraudulent or bad-faith outcome reporting by users

4. Assumption of Risk and Legal Compliance

Participation in bets and challenges is voluntary. You agree:

• You assume all risks associated with participation
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws
• BFF makes no representation regarding legality in your jurisdiction

Outcomes may rely on:

• Third-party data
• User input
• System processes

These may not always be accurate or complete.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account

You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activity or prohibited gambling
• Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse other users
• Coerce or pressure users to accept or fulfill bets
• Impersonate others
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent moderation systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

7. Blocking and Safety Tools

The Service may allow users to block or report other users. You acknowledge and agree:

• Blocking may limit or remove your ability to interact with certain users
• Reporting tools are for safety and moderation purposes only

BFF may but is not obligated to:

• Review reports
• Restrict user activity
• Limit features
• Suspend or terminate accounts

All actions are taken at our sole discretion.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant BFF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use
• Display
• Distribute

such content in connection with the Service. You represent that your content:

• Does not violate any laws
• Does not infringe third-party rights

9. Bets and User Agreements

Users may create bets or challenges. You acknowledge:

• BFF does not create, control or enforce bets
• All terms are defined solely by users
• Any stakes are external to the platform

You agree not to use the Service to pressure, harass or coerce other users into fulfilling bets.

10. Outcome Resolution and Judges

Users may:

• Record outcomes
• Designate a third-party judge

You agree:

• Judges are selected by users
• Decisions are informal and non-binding
• BFF does not verify or enforce results

BFF is not a mediator, arbitrator or authority. All disputes are solely between users.

11. Public Activity and Visibility

You understand that certain information may be visible to others, including:

• Username and display name
• Rankings, XP and leaderboard position
• Bet participation and outcomes

You are responsible for what you choose to share.
