If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, or biometric data.

• Usage data (pages visited, interactions, timestamps)
• Referral data

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. We use Google Analytics to analyze usage patterns. You may opt out via browser settings or Google's opt-out tools. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

3. Public and Private Information

• Rank, SP, leaderboard position and performance metrics
• Bet participation and results (where applicable)

Daily bet participation and aggregated results may be visible to other users. 1v1 or group bets may be visible:

• Only to participants (private)
• Or more broadly depending on feature settings

You are responsible for what you choose to share.

4. User-Generated Content and Bets

BFF allows users to create and participate in bets, challenges, and performance tracking activities. Important:

• BFF does not create or control the terms of bets between users
• Any stakes (including money, goods, or actions) are arranged solely between users
• BFF does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between users

We may store and display:

• Bet descriptions
• Stakes (as described by users)
• Outcomes
• Associated content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms.

4A. SP Transactions and Purchase Data

When you use SP (Skill Points) features, we collect and store:

• SP balance, earned SP, and escrowed SP amounts
• SP transaction history (wins, losses, escrow events, purchases)
• SP purchase records including amount, pack type, and PayPal transaction ID
• Referral codes you generate or use
• Store item purchases and equipped cosmetics

SP transaction data may be used to:

• Maintain accurate SP balances and leaderboard rankings
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the SP system
• Resolve disputes related to SP escrow or bet outcomes
• Comply with financial recordkeeping requirements

SP purchases are processed through PayPal. BFF does not store your payment card details. PayPal's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics providers
• Customer support tools

• To comply with legal obligations
